Scoring

In each contest (each, a “Contest”), entrants will use their skill and knowledge of professional sports in order to accumulate the most “points” in accordance with the Contest scoring rules.

The entrants who score the most “points” in each Contest will be the Winners. If an entrant gets the maximum amount of points for the contest, they'll win the jackpot. If there is a guaranteed prize, the top winner will share the winnings of the guaranteed pot.

In each Contest, entrants will make selections in which they predict the outcome, statistics, gameplay or results of one or more professional sporting events (“Picks”). For each Pick, entrants will be presented with either (i) a multiple-choice prompt or (ii) an “enter a value” prompt (collectively, “Prompts”, each a “Prompt”), and then be required to respond by each Prompt by selecting the potential outcome that they predict which occur in the relevant professional sporting event(s) (each a “Selection”).

Entrants will earn 10 points (“points”) for each correct Pick. Correctly selecting all Picks in a Contest is a perfect score. Whether or not a Pick is correct will be determined based on the outcome, statistics, gameplay, and/or results of the relevant professional sporting event(s) as of the time when final scoring is tabulated in accordance with the stat correction policy.z

What happens in the event of a tie for a Prompt?

If two or more Selections to a Prompt end up being correct, all such correct Selections will earn full points for the applicable Prompt. For example, a Prompt asks entrants to select which team they predict will score the most runs in a specific inning of a specific game: Team A or Team B. In the event Team A and Team B have the same number of runs in such inning, both Selections will be deemed correct and each will earn full points for the applicable Selection.

What happens if a scheduled game or event does not occur?

A Prompt will be canceled if one or more teams in the relevant Prompt or its Selections do not play. However, if a Prompt consists of only two team Selections, the Prompt will be canceled if either team in such Selections does not play. For example, in a "Most Goals" Prompt featuring one game between two specific teams: If this game is not played, then the Prompt will be canceled. For example, in a “New York Total Strikeouts” Prompt with 6 ranges of strikeout totals Selections: If New York does not play, the Prompt will be canceled.Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Sports Predictor learns a team is not going to play a previously scheduled game or event or that a previously scheduled game or event will not occur, Sports Predictor reserves the right to swap out such team, game, or event from Prompts for another team, game, or event prior to the Entry Period Deadline for the applicable Contest.

What happens if a team, game, or event is ruled out or postponed before the Contest locks?

Sports Predictor reserves the right to swap out a team or game in a Prompt for another team or game prior to the Entry Period Deadline for the applicable Contest.

If the quantity of prompts that need to be canceled is judged to be too high, Sports Predictor reserves the right to cancel the entire contest. In such an instance, no points or prizes will be awarded to any participating users in the contest.

What happens if a game or event is terminated early due to weather or for any other reason?

If a game or event is terminated early due to weather or for any other reason, and such game or event is deemed "official" by the relevant governing body of such sporting event, the Prompt will count. Stat totals accumulated during such game or event will be considered final.

If a game or event is terminated early due to weather or for any other reason, and such game or event resumes within 72 hours from such game or event's original start time, the Prompt will count. If the game or event does not resume 72 hours from such game or event's original start time, the Prompt will be canceled.

What happens when a Prompt gets canceled?

Once a Contest's results have been finalized, the results will not be changed in light of official adjustments (e.g., stat corrections) made by the relevant governing body of such sporting event, though Sports Predictor reserves the right to make adjustments based on errors or irregularities in its calculation of results or in the transmission of information to Sports Predictor from third parties.

Prizes

In a guaranteed contest, entrants who score the most "points" in each Contest relative to the other entrants will be the Winners. Winners will be awarded Prizes in accordance with the chart above.

In the event of a tie, Prizes will be evenly split between Winners with the same score.

All details of Prize(s) will be determined by Sports Predictor in their sole discretion and are subject to change as described in the Official Rules. In the event of a Prompt cancellation, Sports Predictor reserves the right to change the Prizes, including the total value.

In a Jackpot contest, entrants who receive a "perfect score" in any given Contest will win the jackpot prize ("Jackpot Prize"), as further detailed within the Scoring Page. In the event of a tie (i.e., more than one person submits a "perfect score", in a single Contest), the Jackpot Prize for such Contest will be divided evenly between all eligible "perfect score" Entries, unless otherwise specified. If no eligible Entry is submitted with a "perfect score", no Jackpot Prize will be awarded. It is possible that there will be no Jackpot Prize Winner in any given Contest. All determinations regarding a potential Jackpot Prize Winner, and the potential awarding of a Jackpot Prize, will be made exclusively by Sports Predictor in their sole discretion, are final and binding, and are not subject to appeal.

Participation is subject to the full official rules.
